Shipping & Returns

Delivery Information

We deliver across the UK using Royal Mail and tracked courier services.

Standard Delivery: £3.99 — delivered within 3–5 working days. Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50. Express Delivery: £6.99 — delivered within 1–2 working days (order before 12pm).

 

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

 

We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses. For deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and remote postcodes, please contact us before ordering as additional charges may apply.

 

We are not currently able to ship outside the UK.​

Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us or using the contact form. Items should be unused and returned in their original, unopened packaging along with your invoice.

 

Return conditions:

— Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

— Items must be unused and in original, sealed packaging with labels intact.

— We recommend returning items via Royal Mail Tracked for your protection.

— Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refund options:

1. Standard refund — processed within 3–5 working days once we receive and inspect the item.

2. Discount code — issued the same day for the full value of the return. The quickest option. For perishable, chilled or frozen items, return eligibility depends on the nature of the product.
